PRIVATE 1:1 & 1:2 DUET


1:1 Private Pilates will offer a dedicated programme to meet your goals.

1:2 Du​et sessions ​offer a shared session that can be booked with a friend, family member or colleague. These sessions are catered to your individual needs whilst sharing the space and cost.

I am experienced working with clients who struggle to find time for themselves and are experiencing burnout. Through stress and busy lives​, they have lost flexibility and are suffering from chronic pain or persistent injuries. ​ 

​Each session will be designed using traditional Mat​-based Pilates​ and incorporate a range of studio props. ​Sessions ​are available through my Brighton based Studio ​or can be provided via ​Zoom.

Through my 5 years of teaching experience, my commitment is to ensure ​each session is designed to meet you where you’re at and offer you dedicated time to achieve your fitness goals.​ Many clients experience a​n increased state of well-being by introducing a regular Pilates practice​ into their lives.
